FEMA is responsible for compiling and
publishing a National Master List (NML) of hotel, motel and other
places of public accommodation in the Federal Register, as required
in the Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990 (The Act). The
Federal Hotel Motel Fire Safety Declaration Form is used to report
property information in compliance with "The Act".
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
