Abstract: SBA regulations require all participants with current 8(a) Business Development status to provide semiannual information on any agents, representatives, attorneys, accountants, and other parties receiving compensation to assist in obtaining a Federal contract for the Participant. The information addresses the amount of compensation received by any of these people during the relevant reporting period and a description of the activities performed in return for such compensation.
