is approved for one year, during which time the agency is
instructed to investigate means by which this collection can be
conducted electronically, whether by integration into existing
small business procurement initiatives or other means. The agency
is also required to reexamine Part II of this form to determine to
what extent basic financial information about the small business is
duplicative of other federal information resources and devise a
strategy to minimize the burden of this collection.

nonresponsible for award of a specific prime Government contract by
a Government contracting office, has the right to appeal that
decision through the Small Business Administration (SBA). The
information contained on this form, as well as other information
developed by SBA, is used in the evaluation process.
