Abstract: Our regulation bans juvenile products called baby-bouncer, walker-jumpers, and baby-walkers which present hazards of amputations, laceration, and other injuries to children's fingers. Another regulation exempts products from the ban under specified conditions, which include maintenance of records concerning sales, production specifications, and quality assurance programs.
