Abstract: Persons wishing to use radioactive byproduct material for in vitro clinical or laboratory testing under the general license in CFR 31.11 must register with NRC by submitting NRC Form 483. The certificate, when validated by NRC, serves as evidence to suppliers of byproduct materials that the registrant is entitled to receive the material.
