FNS will work
with GovBenefits to provide logical linkages between the two sites
when they reference programs at the sites. A seamless transition
sbetween the two sites will be implemented before the FNS screening
tool is launched. The integration will undergo independent
usability testing. FNS and DOL will begin to explore ways in which
data can be shared between GovBenefits and the screening tool. In
addition, if necessary for good customer service and if practical,
FNS will develop modifications to the tools in order to facilitate
data sharing, share eligibility rules, etc. This should be done in
order to not repeat the same or similar questions offered by both
tools to users who use them together. FNS shall submit "screen
shots" with a change worksheet (83-C) once the site is
finalized.
