Terms of Clearance: The information collection provisions associated with the NPRM for race/ethnicity data collections are not approved at this time. FNS is examining public comment in response to this NPRM. The preamble to the final rule will address how the agency has addressed comments related to minimizing the burden of this collection while maximizing its utility.

Abstract: The FNS-191 is used by CSFP local agencies to report racial/ethnic data on participants. The FNS-101 is used by FDPIR and FSP agencies to report racial data. The data is used to monitor compliance with Civil Rights Act.
