The collected data will be used to
assess whether children who attend VERB-sponsored events develop a
richer and more accurate understanding of the VERBTM. It's what you
do campaign, as compared to children who are unexposed to the
campaign or only exposed to VERBTM messages through paid media
advertisements. Tweens who attend VERBTM events will be surveyed by
telephone 3 to 6 weeks after the event. The survey will assess
attitudes, beliefs, knowledge, and intentions to change behavior.
These data are essential to assess the effectiveness and worthiness
of delivering the campaign messages through events.
