that the agency takes into account any changes that may be made in
its final rule implementing the provisions of BIPA that address

These information collection
equirements provide the process CMS will use to make a national
coverage decision for a specific item or service under sections
1862 and 1871 of the Social Security Act. This will streamline our
decision making process and will increase the opportunities for
public participation in making national coverage
decisions.
