Abstract: Respondents are owners or operators of existing small municipal waste combustor units that have the capacity to burn between 35 and 250 tons per day of municipal solid waste. All respon- dents must submit notification of increment of air pollution control retrofit progress, results of initial and annual emission tests, results of initial and annual continuous emission monitoring system evaluations, and keep records of all emission rates and selected operating parameters.
