The purpose of this submission is to
request OMB authorization to continue to collect survey data
information. CDC will use the data collected from the folic acid
education campaign to evaluate whether health education
interventions are influential determinants in women's knowledge and
practices regarding periconceptional folic acid supplementation,
and if so, how and why. CDC will use this data to link process
indicators to changes in reported knowledge, attitudes and
behaviors through a comparison of those women living in high and
low exposure areas, specifically, Hispanic women living in the
Spanish-.....
