TSA will
eliminate the five questions discussed with Program staff on
February 28 and March 1._Per Counsel's request, we show the burden
and number of respondants as the initial 10,000 requested. However,
we may have to modify this later when the Interim rule and
associated information requirements are reviewed OMB. (Initially we
had intended to approve this with application to 100 respondants
only)._Since we are responding to an emergency request, we have had
limited time to review the substance of the collection activity.

for participation in the TSA Federal Flight Deck Officer Program.
This Program is mandated by Congress pursuant to 49 U.S.C.
44921.
