Abstract: Owners or operators of affected facilities must: make one-time- only notification of occurrences such as construction/recon- struction and startup; submit reports containing information such as monitoring system performance and excess emissions; and maintain records of occurrences such as startups and shutdowns. Responses to this information collection are deemed to be manda- tory, per Section 114(a) of the Clean Air Act. Reporting is semiannual.
