Respondents are owners or operators of existing small municipal waste combustor units the have the capacity to burn between 35 and 250 tons per day of municipal solid waste. All respon- dents must submit notifications of increment of air pollution control retrofit progress, results of initial and annual emission rates and selected operating parameters. The info- mation will be used to ensure that the emission guidelines for small municipal waste combustor units are being achieved on a continuous basis.
