Abstract: Law requires referenda to be held to determine if tobacco farmers favor or oppose marketing quotas. In order to meet industry requirements, an electronic reporting system was initiated for receiving stations. Buyers of cigar f&B tobacco will report purchases of that tobacco as precribed.
