Abstract: Certification as a CDFI is required for receipt of Financial Assistance or Technical Assistance from the Fund. In addition, based on an Assistance Agreement between the Fund and each Awardee, annual reports and annual suveys are used to collect information for program evaluation and compliance purposes.
