Abstract: This collection is essential to the effective monitoring and management of the State administered IFG Program by FEMA Regional Offices. FEMA Regional staff will use the information to effectively monitor and evaluate the States' administration of the IFG Program, enabling FEMA to assess compliance, consistency and uniformity with Federal requirements.
