The information collected on the Request for Mitigation Assistance-Cerro Grande Mitigation Proposal, (FFCG-4) will be collected by claimants with the assistance of a FEMA mitigation specialist and will be used by mitigation specialist to determine if mitigation funding will be awarded to claimants. The information collection is addressed in the Cerro Grande Fire Assistance Act Final Rule published in the Federal Register on March 21, 2001. This data collection will continue until the closing date of August 28, 2003.
