This ICR is approved with the following changes. Agency has agreed to include a global CBI checkoff box at the beginning of the form that will allow respondent to claim all info CBI at once. In addition, individual CBI checkoff boxes at the bottom of each page will be clearly linked to applicable questions, so that respondent is not confused about which info can legally be claimed CBI, and which info (such as effluent data) cannot. In addition, EPA will clarify that individual facility data need be provided only for those facilities to which a copy of the detailed questionnaire is sent. These facilities will need to include both facility and parent company info, and instructions suggest that parent company financial office may be appropriate respondent. However, parent company is not responsible for providing individual facility-level data for facilities that are not sent the questionnaire.
