Abstract: This guide form establishes HUD's standardized national requirements pertaining to components of an opinion upon which HUD and the mortgagee can rely in making and insuring a mortgage loan in multifamily rental and health care facility mortgage insurance transactions and is used by counsel to the mortgagor to represent the client and to prepare the opinion. Authority of 12 USC 1701 et seq and 42 USC 8013.
