Approved for 18 months consistent with the project time schedule. VA shall report to OMB the final response rate for this study. If the response rate is below 75%, VA will conduct an analysis to look for potential non-response bias and will include the results of that analysis with any publication or release of the study findings. VA is also reminded that since the data collection in this study is limited to two states, the study findings cannot be generalized to the national population of women veterans as a whole.
