Terms of Clearance: Approved as an emergency package. ICH will work with the other agencies involved (HUD, VA, and HHS) to streamline the application for new competitions. It is noted that this collection was in violation of the PRA. ICH shall work to ensure that no such future violations will occur.

Abstract: This application is a collaborative effort by 4 agencies-HUD, SAMHSA, HRSA and VA- with policy guidance from the Interagency Council on Homelessness. The purpose is to provide both housing and supportive services funds through a single application process to help communities assist chronically homeless persons and disabled homeless families. The authority for each agency's contribution is based on existing eligible uses of their funds. The application consists of a collaboratively written Comprehensive Approach section followed by 4 sections written individually by each of the agencies. Respondents will include..
