Terms of Clearance: Approved for one year, during which time FNS will review this information collection to determine if any burden reduction can be attained by eliminating or combining questions. Also, FNS should seriously consider making these collection instruments electronic to further reduce burden. If FNS believes that the endeavor will be too expensive to be cost-effective, FNS shall provide solid estimates of the cost of automating the collection and estimates of how many institutions could utilize an electronic submission option.
