Abstract: The submission adds one new information request that would allow Northeast multispecies fishermen to lease allocated days-at-sea. This request is one part of a proposed emergency rule submission to extend the current regulations for the Northeast Multispecies Fishery Management Plan until the implementation of Amendment 13 to the Fishery Management Plan.
