Abstract: This information collection activity and implementing regulations permit the permanent establishment of tribal self-governance as authorized by the Tribal Self-Goverance Act of 1994. The infor- mation collected will be used to facilitate and encourage tribes and consortia to participate in the planning, conduct, and ad- ministration of those Federal programs, included, or those programs eligible for inclusion in an annual funding agreement.
