Abstract: To extend privileges and immunities, under the Vienna Convension on Diplomatic Relations, 1961, and the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations, 1963. The Deparment of State must obtain information from foreign government representatives concerning the termination of assignment of diplomatic and career and honorary consular officers, foreign government employees, and their dependents in the United States. The affected public is foreign governments and international organizations.
