Abstract: ED will use the information through this application to award competitive grants. These grants will be made to private, non-profits; governmental entities; and consortia of these organizations. These organizations will use the funds to leverage private capital to help charter schools construct, acquire, and renovate school facilities. This collection falls under the Streamlined Discretionary Grant Process, 1890-0001.
