Abstract: The standard applies to owners and operators of secondary lead smelters facilities. The provisions of this subpart applies to pot furnaces of more than 250 kg (550 lb) charging capacity , blast (cupola) furnaces and reverberatory furnaces which includes any combinations of: stationary, rotating, rocking and tilting.
