Approved for one
year to allow ED to make changes to their SAIG system process. ED
has committed to completing this process change by April 1, 2004.
Upon resubmission, ED will detail the actual changes made and the
timeline in which those changes were made. ED submitted this
collection with the "old" forms that will need to be in use for the
next few months, and did not originally submit the "new" forms that
will be used in the near future. ED should submit these new forms
in the review process, and not through change worksheets, in cases
where the new forms will be used a short time after the OMB
clearance. ED has now submitted the new forms; the old and new
forms are cleared at this point, and ED will transition from the
old to the new in the coming months.
