Abstract: The information collected under FERC-583 is used by the FERC to implement the statutory provisions of Section 10(e) of the Federal Power Act and Section 3401 of the Omnibus Budget Recon- ciliation Act of 1986. Commission staff use the information to accurately determine the amount of annual charges assessed licensees for reimbursable government administrative costs for the use of government dams.
