Abstract: Section 1307 of the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century requires the FHWA to report to Congress on the effectiveness of design-build project delivery system. The FHWA will survey a sample of contracting agencies who have experience with design-build. The FHWA and State DOTs will use this information in establishing transportation policy and providing program guidance. This is a one-time only questionnaire (not annual).
