The regulations in 9 CFR part 94
govern the importation of certain animals and animal products into
the United States in order to prevent the introduction of various
animal diseases, such as rinderpest, foot-and-mouth disease (FMD),
classical swine fever (CSF), and exotic Newcastle disease (END).
Among other things 94.6 of the regulations lists regions that are
considered to be free of END.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that

1320.8(b)(3).
