NOAA is proposing to revise the
collections of information related to the harvesting and
importation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources from the
Commission for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living
Resources Convention Area. The revisions would require use of a
vessel monitoring system and revise requirements related to the
import and re-export of affected species. The revisions are
necessary to meet Commission requirements and goals.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
