Abstract: The Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act (ANILCA) and Service regulations at 50 CFR 100 require persons engaged in taking fish and wildlife on public lands in AK to apply for and obtain a permit and to comply with all reporting provisions of permits. 50 CFR 100 also provides for appeals.
