persons outside the agency to obtaint heir views on the clarity of
instructions and recordkeeping, disclosure, or reporting format,
and on the data elements to be recorded, disclosed, or
reported.

The Alaska National Interest Lands
Conservation Act (ANILCA) and Service regulations at 50 CFR 100
require persons engaged in taking fish and wildlife on public lands
in AK to apply for and obtain a permit and to comply with all
reporting provisions of permits. 50 CFR 100 also provides for
appeals.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies

1320.8(b)(3).
