Abstract: Respondents are Native American Tribes or individuals who desire to acquire real property in trust status in a defined area. No specific form is used but respondents supply data and information so that the Secretary may make an evaluation and determination in accordance with established Federal factors, rules and policies. This collection is tied to the revised rule which provides applicants the ability to develop Tribal Land Acquisition Areas.
