The following agencies, in accordance
with Executive Order 12862 and the GPRA, wish an extension in the
conduct of customer satisfaction surveys: BJA, BJS, NIJ, OAAG,
OJJDP, OJP, ONDCP, OVC NIC, COPS. As agencies will be changing
their communications vehicles to mostly electronic formats over the
next three years, an increased level of customer satisfaction
information is needed to ensure readability, appropriateness of
material, formats, notification techniques and information
dissemination methods.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding
the proposed collection of information, that the certification
covers:
(i) Why the information is being collected;
