discuss the utility of the information received, the nature and
number of resulting pending or completed prosecutions, and the
general benefits of this program. Further DHS will revise this
information collection to reflect any modifications or improvements
that are identified as a result of this pilot program. DHS will
provide information on future plans for the continuation,
expansion, reduction, or other changes to this program.

This information collection will be
used by the INS to identify unscrupulous immigration practitioners
who intentionally defraud undocumented alien victims.
