CDC is seeking OMB approval to
reinstate data collection for the Resources and Services Database
for the CDC National Prevention Information Network (formerly known
as the National AIDS Clearinghouse). The database contains entries
on approximately 19,000 organizations and is the most comprehensive
listing of HIV/AIDS, STD, and TB resources and services available
throughout the US. This request is for a 3 year approval.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
