Abstract: The information collected under FERC-716 is used by the Com- mission to carry out Congressional objective that, subject to appropriate terms and conditions of just and reasonable rates, and in accordance with Section 212 of the Federal Power Act (FPA) ensures access to electric transmissioin systems for the purpose of wholesale transactions to be made widely available.
