Abstract: The purpose of this document is to request OMB approval for a proposed new information collection entitled, "Training Certification for Entry Level Commercial Motor Vehicle Operators." This new information collection is the result of a proposal set forth in an NPRM entitled, "Minimum Training Requirements for Entry-Level Commercial Motor Vehicles Operators" that would require training in the areas of driver qualifications, hours-of-service of drivers, driver wellness, and whistle blower protection.
