This authority is needed by BIS
seminar planners and instructors at seminar programs through the
year. Seminar participants are asked to evaluate the program and
provide insights useful to program development. The responses to
these questions provide useful and practical information that BIS
can use to determine that it is providing a quality program and
gives BIS information useful to making recommended improvements. It
also shows attendees that BIS cares about their training experience
and values their viewpoint.

the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
