The Denial of Federal Benefits (DFB)
Program provides courts with the ability to deny all or selected

a sentence, the sentencing court notifies the BJA DFB Clearinghouse
via the approved information collection form. The names of
individuals who are denied benefits appear on the U.S. General
Service Administration's Excluded Parties Listing System.
