collection provisions associated with the Diesel Particulate Matter
Exposure of Underground Metal and Nonmetal Miners NPRM is not
approved at this time. MSHA is currently reviewing public comment
in response to this NPRM. The preamble to the final rule will
explain how the agency has addressed comments related to minimizing
the burden of this collection while maximizing its utility.

safety for the maintenance and use of diesel equipment in
underground metal and nonmetal mines to protect miners.
