In RM02-1-000, FERC is amending its
regulations under the Federal Power Act to require public utilities
that own, control, or operate facilities for transmitting electric
energy in interstate commerce to file revised open access
transmission tariffs containing standard generator interconnection
procedures and a standard agreement for interconnecting generators
larger than 20 MW. The Final Rule is composed of the Larger
Generator Interconnection Procedures (LGIP) and the Large Generator
Interconnection Agreement (LGIA).
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
