The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is charged under Section 112 of the Clean Air Act, as amended, to establish National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP). Respondents to this ICR are owners or operators of new or existing organic liquids distribution facilities which may be collocated with refineries, chemical manufacturing companies, or bulk gasoline terminals, or they may be independent for-hire terminals. The information which will be collected for this NESHAP is required to determine whether all sources subject to this NESHAP are achieving the standards.
