To provide methodological guidance for
future surveys, especially surveys of adolescents, purposively
selected samples of students in grades 9 and 11 will be surveyed in
two settings (school and home) using two modes of administration
(paper and pencil and laptop computers). Elucidation of the impact
of these factors on prevalence of health-risk behaviors will assist
in reducing response effects and improve the quality of data
collected on health risk behaviors among adolescents.
