The Safe Schools/Healthy Students (SS/HS) Initiative is a collaborative effort between the US. Departments of Education, Health and Human Services, and Justice. Local education agencies are awarded grants in partnership with their local mental health agency and their local juvenile justice agency to facilitate substancial change within communities. The purpose of this survey is to determine the extent to which systems-level changes, programs and services initiated as part of SS/HS continue when the grant ends. The survey will be web-based.
