Abstract: Participants in the Federally-regulated dolphin-wahoo fishery in the exclusive economic zone of the Atlantic are required to obtain Federal permits under the new permit program. Permits are required for vessels, operators, and dealers. NOAA needs information from the applications for the identification of fishing vessels/dealers/participants and the management of the fisheries and generate fishery-specific data for management purposes.
