Fish dealers with a Federal permit in the dolphin-wahoo fishery of the South Atlantic and who are selected must report landings statistics twice a month. The information would be used to manage the fishery and analyze management options. At this time state reporting systems provide the information needed, and NOAA does not anticipate the need to select any dealers.
