Abstract: Form SSA-392 is used by the Social Security Administration's regional review component to facilitate the medical consultant's review of the SSA-4734 (Physical Residual Functional Capacity Form). The SSA-392 records the reviewing medical consultant's assessment of the SSA-4734 as well as the reviewers agreement or disagreement with the manner in which the SSA-4734 was completed. The SSA 392 is required for ach SSA-4734 form prepared.
